[NYSE: PVH], is pleased to announce the appointment of Sarkk S.A. as the exclusive distributor and franchise partner for the CALVIN KLEIN brand in Greece, Romania, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Albania and North Macedonia effective July 1, 2019.
Sarkk S.A. will be responsible for the brand’s retail and wholesale channels in the territories. The partnership between PVH Corp. and Sarkk S.A. began in 1998 when Sarkk S.A. became the exclusive distributor and franchise partner of PVH’s TOMMY HILFIGER brand for retail and wholesale in Greece, Cyprus, Romania, Bulgaria, Albania, North Macedonia and Moldova.
