Dylan Jones and Tommy HilfigerWHAT:

Tommy Hilfiger, which is owned by PVH Corp. [NYSE: PVH], is pleased to announce that American fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger and editor of British GQ Dylan Jones hosted “The Contemporary Art Party” on October 12, 2015, at Sotheby’s gallery in London. The event celebrated the start of the Frieze Art Fair and launched the auction house’s Frieze week events.

“As a collector, I’m obsessed with modern art, and I’m excited to be back in London to celebrate Frieze as one of the world’s best known contemporary art fairs,” said Tommy Hilfiger. “My visits to Sotheby’s are always filled with inspiring moments; artists like Warhol, Basquiat, Haring and Hirst have been some of my most constant sources of inspiration over the years, and I always enjoy seeing their work here.”

“Frieze is not only one of the most exciting art fairs in the world, but Tommy has become one of its greatest supporters,” said Dylan Jones, editor of British GQ. “As well as being a keen supporter of London Collections Men, Tommy has also become an intrinsic part of London society – and of the art world itself.”

“We’re thrilled to be celebrating the start of Frieze Week with Tommy Hilfiger and Dylan Jones, who share our passion for great art, great fashion and great parties,” said Fru Tholstrup, Gallery Director, Sotheby’s S2.
