Application Support Engineer
Requirements:
- University degree in computer science or related subject.
- Professional experience in the implementation and support of ERP systems and users.
- Familiarity with Database Systems (Microsoft SQL Server) SQL and knowledge of Transact SQL programming.
- Knowledge of Entersoft ERP and familiarity with programming languages is highly desirable.
- Good knowledge of MS-Office (Excel - Word - PowerPoint, Office 365).
- Ability to diagnose, analyze and solve problems.
- Excellent written and oral communication in Greek and English.
- Communicative personality with customer orientation, flexibility and adaptability.
- Spirit of teamwork and cooperation.
- Responsibility and consistency.
- Strong organizational, coordination and time management skills.
Main Tasks:
- Participate in the development and maintenance of all business needs using the tools/languages provided by the software used by the company and complex t-sql queries.
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support to end users (ERP, Retail, WMS etc).
- Contribute in the development and implementation of various EDIs for interfacing with third party applications inside and outside the company.
- Deliver quality services to end users and build a relationship of trust.
- Take part in projects undertaken by the IT department.
